Community Involvement

What We Care About

In every way we can, we encourage the goals of local youth, especially those with an interest in or connection to agriculture. Carbon Green BioEnergy contributes to projects and events that advance and enhance the objectives of 4H® Clubs and FFA.

Our three-year financial commitment to encouraging Robotics and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education will enable new curriculum in the Lakewood District elementary and middle school. We also contribute to improvements, such as the Jordan Lake Trail Project, that elevate the quality of life in our community.

Every year, we prove our commitment by giving over $50,000 back to local organizations. We work with Michigan businesses to purchase $1.3 million worth of operational products and services through millwrights, pipe fitters, and local tradesmen.
